POLICIES
Order processing and tracking
Shortly after you order from the FUZ web store you will receive an email to confirm: the items ordered, address info, shipping method, and payment info. If you see any errors, please contact us as soon as possible.
After we ship your order, you will receive another email with the package tracking number. For domestic orders, follow the instructions on the tracking email to see when your package will arrive. International orders ship via USPS; enter you USPS tracking number at USPS.com.
If you don’t receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours or a shipment confirmation email within 3 days please contact us and we will update you on the status of your order.
shipping
Within the continental US
Ground, 2nd Day, and Overnight shipping are available within the continental US. We offer free Ground shipping on orders over $50 and free 2nd Day shipping on orders over $100. Free shipping is available within the continental US only. Please note: we cannot ship to P.O. boxes; a street address is required.
For Ground shipping, your package will arrive in 5-7 business days. For expedited shipping (2nd Day or Overnight), orders placed M-F before 12:00 PM EST are shipped the same day, otherwise they are shipped the following business day. Overnight shipments will arrive within 1 business day, and 2nd Day shipments will arrive within 2 business days. Expedited orders received after 12:00 PM EST on Friday will be shipped on Monday. Please contact us for help if you are uncertain when your package will arrive
International, Alaska and Hawaii, and APO/FPO
Orders outside the continental US are shipped using either USPS Express or Priority Mail. Any import fees imposed on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Certain items are not available for shipment outside the continental US (as noted on product pages).
Returns
Our products are made from natural materials, and many of these materials are recycled. As a result, there will likely be variations in item color and texture between production runs. We feel that such variations add to the unique quality of our products, so they are not considered defects. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase please return it we will either exchange the item for a unit closer to what you expected or refund your payment.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of order. Returned items must be unused, and clearance or sale items cannot be returned. We accept returns from US customers only. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping is at customer’s expense. In order to return an item, please carefully rewrap it in its original packaging along with a copy of the packing slip, and tell us whether you would like a replacement or a refund. product care
Cork and chalkboards: most marks can be removed with a damp rag. For especially persistent stains use nail polish remover (acetone). Don’t keep our boards outside as prolonged exposure to water will damage them.
Felt bags and baskets: Remove small stains with soap and water. Felt items may be dry cleaned but they shouldn’t be machine washed. Avoid storing in damp places.
Rubber products: Our rubber products are suitable for indoor/outdoor use. Hand wash with soap and water or nail polish remover for tough stains, but don’t put them in the dishwasher.
Lamps: Use only CFL bulbs in our lamps, as regular incandescent may be too hot and melt the plastic housing.
Furniture: our wood-based furniture is only suitable for indoor use. Treat the surface the same way you would any other piece of furniture.
Cushions: Our cushions may be spot cleaned with soap and water, or dry cleaned. It is possible to remove the stuffing for cleaning and then reclose the cushion, however don’t machine wash the casing.
